| Chef Scott began his cooking career "helping"
Mom in the kitchen as a young boy. As his military
family relocated to various parts of the country, Scott was
introduced to many different culinary styles of cooking and
flavors. This exposure provided him with the opportunity
to experiment with a variety of spices and cuisines. Chef
Scott enjoys cooking many styles of food, along with blending
various tastes into his own version of fusion cooking.
Chef Scott's attention to detail and your taste buds afford
you the opportunity to select from a menu with virtually no
limit. From meatloaf and mashed potatoes to a
chateaubriand tenderloin with a jalapeno
béarnaise sauce, Scott will please your palate.
Counting some of the most renown restaurateurs in Austin
and Dallas as his best friends, over the years Chef Scott has
spent time cooking in their kitchens. Often, after
hours, together they would create their own new culinary
delights. These dishes frequently found their way onto
the menus of those establishments. Now residing in
Kansas City, Chef Scott hopes to continue his quest of
combining traditional dishes with a touch of something
unexpected for a new flavorful twist.
