How Does The Service Work?

Detailed Dishes will provide tasty, fragrant, and appetizing meals by providing menu planning, shopping for the freshest ingredients, and preparing your preferred selections in your kitchen.

During the initial interview we will discuss food and menu preferences and select your first week's menu.  Chef Scott will tour your kitchen, and make note of available and necessary cookware.  Together we will agree to a scheduled weekly meal preparation day.

The morning of the meal preparation day, Chef Scott will shop for the freshest ingredients for your meal and arrive at your home with all the groceries and any necessary utensils to complete your meals. Each meal will be clearly labeled and individually packaged, and you will be provided with complete heating instructions. If necessary, many of the meals can be frozen to be heated and served at a later time.

You will come home to a house filled with delicious aromas and a well-stocked refrigerator, as well as a kitchen that has been left clean and sparkling.
